24 Garden Rooms (Size: 31m2)
Ideal for families or couples, all rooms are equipped with elegant furnishings and the bathroom features a shower only. Guests can relax on a personal furnished balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, all rooms lead out onto the gardens and are on a short walk to the pools, children, family and other outdoor activities.

80 Superior Ocean View Rooms (Size: 31m2)
All rooms have refreshing ocean views from the bedroom and balcony and are spacious with higher standard selected elegant furnishings. Inter-leading rooms can be accommodated.
The well positioned balcony, furnished with comfortable island crafted furniture ensures private outdoor views of the Indian Ocean.
Bathrooms feature a shower only.

16 Deluxe Ocean View Rooms (Size: 48m2)
All rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and equipped with the finest of linen.
Each room has a luxurious bathroom, free-standing spa bath, separate shower Jacuzzi, dual wash basins and wall mounted make up/shaving mirror. Inter-leading rooms can be accommodated.
Each room has fabulous ocean views with double balconies, exquisitely appointed with classical island wicker furniture for our guests’ uninterrupted delightful views of the Indian Ocean.


Sea Cliff Resort is excited to announce that Block A will be undergoing beautiful bathroom renovations from March 10 to April 24, 2025. These upgrades are part of their commitment to providing an even better guest experience. There may be occasional noise or construction activity during this time. Work on the bathrooms in Block B (located directly in front of the Garden Rooms in Block C) will commence on 15th April 2025 for 2 months.

Mangapwani Restaurant
Situated next to the swimming pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean offering alfresco and undercover dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Expect cuisine with local and international themes and live entertainment.
Open for Breakfast (07h00 – 10h00), Lunch (12h30 – 15h00) and Dinner (19h00 – 22h00).

Kobe Restaurant
Situated at the Kobe swimming pool and offers casual light lunches such as wraps and pizzas. This menu is also available around both swimming pools, in the Zanzi-bar and lounges.
Open for Light meals (12h00 – 18h00).

Zanzi-Bar
Formal bar overlooking the Indian Ocean offering the same light meal menu as the Kobe Restaurant.
Open for Drinks (10h00 – 00h00 and Light meals (12h00 – 18h00).

Jetty Bar
Situated at the end of the jetty offering the ideal location to enjoy exotic cocktails while watching the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Beach Bar
Located on the resort’s private beach next to the watersports centre.
Open for Drinks and Snacks (10h00 - 17h00).


KIDS CLUB
The Kids Club is available for children aged 2 -12 years.
Trained child minders supervise activities such as arts & crafts and there is a children’s playground with a mini climbing wall.

SPA
Zuri Rituals spa has five treatment rooms, including a couple’s massage room, sauna and steam room where visitors can find peace and tranquillity and restore their energy. At Zuri Rituals spa, the natural botanical skin care products are handmade with love in small batches to achieve the greatest degree of particularity and freshness.The spa offers a range of treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs as well as massages and a plunge pool.

GOLF
Sea Cliff is home to the only golf course on Zanzibar.

Golfers can enjoy the 9-hole Matkovitch course with its club house, under-cover driving range and practice greens which include chipping, bunker and putting greens. Zanzibar’s sandy beaches provide the 7th hole’s unique fairway bunker and the signature 9th hole is complimented by its exotic backdrop of the sea.The course has been designed with variation in distance and direction on the front and back 9 to create an experience of playing a full 18 holes. The course has a par 71, which includes short and long par 4’s and a couple of drivable options.

After a round, golfers can enjoy the sunset from the Clubhouse’s Veranda, situated on a private beach and soak in the views of the ocean.

Hotel guests get preferential rates and tee off times and can hire golf carts and clubs.
