Happy Customer Testimonials
My daughter and I travelled to Vietnam Aug 2026 for her birthday, visiting three cities, and it was honestly the best vacation of our lives! 🇻🇳❤️ From the very beginning,i mean from quotation.. Simone Schoonberg was amazing. She organised everything for us — airport transfers, domestic flights, amazing accommodation, and even added our Ha Long Bay cruise without any hassle, just 3 letters WOW Everything was perfectly organised and our transport was always on time. The iGo app was also fantastic! Having our full itinerary, travel documents, and all the important details in one place felt like having a tour guide in our pockets! 👌🏾 I’ve used different travel agencies before, but this experience was truly one of the BEST. I had some doubts at first because it was my first time using IGO Travel, but we had an absolute blast! We smiled and enjoyed every moment of those two weeks in Vietnam. What a blessing! ❤️ In fact, it was so hard when we had to come back home. Simone, Simone my dear you are the best! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday trip so special and memorable one.I wish you all the best in your career! ❤️✈️🇻🇳

I was travelling to Thailand for the 1st time and the experience I had booking my trip with iGo travel was nothing short of amazing. From the time I requested a quotation, I dealt with Simone Schoonberg. She sent me different options and I changed my mind after I selected a package, she went and reqouted. Every thing was seamless, the iGo app with your full itenerary was the biggest highlight, copies of all our documents were there and details of where we need to be, and what time we needed to be there, it's like we had a tour guide in our pockets 👌🏾 P.S no one I know personally recommended this agency, I just went with the reviews, and it was the best experience.
