Groups And Incentives
Whether it’s a family trip, wedding or business conference, coordinating a group of travelers can be a logistical headache. Remembering who preferred the window seat, who required a single room and who was the one with the peanut allergy are all small details that can have a huge impact on the enjoyment of your trip. Planning a getaway should not be nerve-wracking, so let us take care of the diary coordination, accommodation specifics and transfer schedules. Simply pitch up on departure day to an all-coordinated travel itinerary and enjoy the ride.
Not only do we take care of the travel logistics and arrange group discounts, but we’ll make sure your itinerary is full of the breathtaking experiences you’ve always dreamed of sharing with your loved ones. Don’t spend your entire holiday trying to coordinate your entourage; instead let us do the dirty work so you can return home with memories of incredible adventures shared with the ones who matter most to you.
WHAT KIND OF GROUP TRAVEL DO YOU NEED?
From tropical destination weddings and wild west film shoots to sports tournaments and executive summits, we understand that every group has a unique set of needs, expectations and necessary facility requirements to make the trip a roaring success. Taking your group and their individual needs into consideration, our experts are logistical unicorns who know exactly what will suit your tour best. We take into account transport of equipment, sports goods, fragile items, insurance, special catering, group seating and more.

Happy Customer Testimonials
My daughter and I travelled to Vietnam Aug 2026 for her birthday, visiting three cities, and it was honestly the best vacation of our lives! 🇻🇳❤️ From the very beginning,i mean from quotation.. Simone Schoonberg was amazing. She organised everything for us — airport transfers, domestic flights, amazing accommodation, and even added our Ha Long Bay cruise without any hassle, just 3 letters WOW Everything was perfectly organised and our transport was always on time. The iGo app was also fantastic! Having our full itinerary, travel documents, and all the important details in one place felt like having a tour guide in our pockets! 👌🏾 I’ve used different travel agencies before, but this experience was truly one of the BEST. I had some doubts at first because it was my first time using IGO Travel, but we had an absolute blast! We smiled and enjoyed every moment of those two weeks in Vietnam. What a blessing! ❤️ In fact, it was so hard when we had to come back home. Simone, Simone my dear you are the best! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday trip so special and memorable one.I wish you all the best in your career! ❤️✈️🇻🇳

I was travelling to Thailand for the 1st time and the experience I had booking my trip with iGo travel was nothing short of amazing. From the time I requested a quotation, I dealt with Simone Schoonberg. She sent me different options and I changed my mind after I selected a package, she went and reqouted. Every thing was seamless, the iGo app with your full itenerary was the biggest highlight, copies of all our documents were there and details of where we need to be, and what time we needed to be there, it's like we had a tour guide in our pockets 👌🏾 P.S no one I know personally recommended this agency, I just went with the reviews, and it was the best experience.
