Enjoy a scenic drive to the Taman Ayun Temple located in the Mengwi Village. Built in 1634, by a king of the Mengwi dynasty, this impressive complex stands on a small island surrounded by a handmade lake and beautiful gardens.
Continue to Alas Kedaton, a megalithic sacred temple in the heart of a forest inhabited by thousands of monkeys and hundreds of big bats. Surrounded by rice field, the area boasts incredible landscapes and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind.
The final stop will be at Bali's most photographed temple, Tanah Lot. Perched on a little rocky islet that is inaccessible during high tides. Offering picture-postcard vistas of the horizon, the temple is a photographer´s dream and is one of the best places in Bali to watch the magnificent sunset. Tanah Lot is not only a popular tourist destination, but it is also an important part of Balinese mythology.
