China School Tour

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1:  Arrive Beijing:

  • Arrive at Beijing, meet and greet by our English speaking guide at Airport and transfer to hotel.
  • Optional tour Peking duck dinner.
  • Overnight in Beijing

Day 2:  Beijing:

  • Start your journey with famous Tianan’men Square and Forbidden City.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Visit Lama Temple and magnificent Bird Nest Stadium.
  • Enjoy a Kung Fu Show this evening.
  • Optional tour boat tour in summer palace.
  • Optional Chinese traditional foot massage 90 mins.
  • Overnight in Beijing
  • Meal: Breakfast

Day 3:  Beijing:

  • After breakfast, drive to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall.
  • Lunch in a local restaurant.
  • Head to the Ancient Ming Tombs.
  • Optional cable cars in the Great Wall.
  • Overnight in Beijing
  • Meal: Breakfast

Day 4:  Beijing / Xian:

  • Visit adorable pandas in Beijing Zoo 2.
  • Visit beautiful Royal Park the Summer Palace.
  • Lunch in a local restaurant.
  • Travel back to China’s past by having a Hutong tour.
  • Photo stop for the Grand National Theatre from outside.
  • Visit Qianmen Old Street.
  • One way transfer to Beijing railway station for your overnight train to Xi’an.
  • Train Beijing West / Xian North night train with soft sleeper. (Z19 20:40/08:31+1 or similar.)
  • Train is subject to be changed.
  • Overnight in train.
  • Meal: Breakfast

Day 5:  Xi’An:

  • Arrival in Xi’an, meet by your guide at railway station and then breakfast.
  • The Terracotta Warriors.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • The Great Mosque and the Old City Wall.
  • Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.
  • Overnight in Xi-An.
  • Meal: Breakfast

Day 6:  Xi’An:

  • Hanyang Tomb.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Big Goose Pagoda.
  • Walking tour for Bell and Drum Tower area.
  • One way transfer to Xi’an railway station for your overnight train to Shanghai.
  • Train North Xi’An/Shanghai night train with soft sleeper. (D308 19:50/06:35+1 or similar)
  • Train is subject to be changed.
  • Overnight Ambassador.
  • Meal: Breakfast

Day 7:  Shanghai:

  • Arrive in Shanghai, met by your guide in railway station and have breakfast.
  • Yu Garden
  • World Financial Center & The Bund
  • Lunch in local restaurant
  • Tianzifang
  • Optional cruise on Huangpu River, Oriental Pearl Tower
  • Optional Acrobatic show in Normal seat with return transfer
  • Overnight in Shanghai

Day 8:  Shanghai:

  • Shanghai Museum in the morning.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Free walking time in People Square and East Nanjing Road.
  • Junk Market.
  • Overnight in Shanghai

Day 9:  Shanghai / Departure:

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • One way transfer from Shanghai hotel to airport for the departure flight back home (International flight booked on own).
