PERSONAL TRAVEL MANAGER
You be will assigned your own personal travel manager. Your corporate travel manager will work within a two hour turnaround time, ensuring that your bookings are dealt with the attention they deserve.
An added benefit for your business travel to be analysed regularly and bench marked. Our objective is to assist you to develop and implement a strategic business travel plan. As we strive on developing our relationships with our clients, the account manager will meet with you to discuss process and transaction efficiency.
TRAVEL POLICY COMPLIANCE
We can assist in working with you to compile your own individual travel policy should your business not already have one in place. Your Travel Policy is important to ensure travel spend is minimized and controlled. Should you already have your own, we will ensure that all bookings and requests comply with policy and will submit monthly reports detailing requests outside of policy.
We analyse your corporate travel trends and monitor expenditure effectively. We will design reports around your business transactions, travel policy and supplier negotiated deals. We will be able to highlight and monitor performance through our savings and exceptions reports and detail where the need for consolidation appears necessary. Our reporting allows the transparency in your travel spend that you deserve.

No matter the time of day, you will always receive our best attention. As a client you will only ever deal with an IGO travel manager and not be passed on to a foreign call centre, no matter what time of the day you may need our services. We will have all the details of your account and your bookings readily available ensuring that you are assisted immediately and effectively. Our travel managers are contactable 24/7 by landline, cellphone, WhatsApp and email affording you, our travel partner, personal attention at all times. What could be better? Our After hour service is at no additional charge.
Peace of mind and information is imperative when you have a number of your valuable employees travelling to places around the globe. We work with a leading third party risk management and healthcare provider to be able to monitor risk, alert our clients, and assist with rescheduling and recovery services. We can provide up to date travel alerts , risk areas, health and safety warnings and threatening developments occurring around the globe. You will be able to monitor risk , protect your travellers and respond to emergencies. Our risk management program forms a valuable part of any corporate clients, duty of care program.
