Maya Angelou, the late American poet, said I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel” and this is never more true when it comes to sharing an experience.

In August 2014 Trafalgar committed to having their products and services scrutinised by the very people who count the most – their guests. They chose Feefo to carry out the research on how their guests rated the guided holidays they had purchased through Trafalgar. These live, unedited guest reviews are curated by Feefo to produce the customer satisfaction rating.

The feedback has been consistently excellent, scoring in the 96% range, but during the month of May, the second busiest for travel, Trafalgar scored a perfect 100%.

The Trusted Merchant award is only available to feefo merchants, and is based upon genuine transactions from clients themselves. To gain Trusted Merchant status, a business is required to receive an average service rating of between 85% and 94%, over a minimum number of individual feedbacks. To receive Gold Trusted Merchant status a business must reach a rating of between 95% and 100%.
